Neplex provides high-performance, open-source infrastructure and precision-engineered tools for modern developers, including but not limited to Yasumu, Sunaunu, Neplexa, and CommandKit.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Do not exploit our APIs or infrastructure maliciously.
- Do not distribute malware or engage in abusive traffic patterns.
- Respect the open-source licenses of our publicly available repositories.
4. Intellectual Property
The core proprietary services, underlying algorithms, UI designs, and brand identity (including the "Precision Manuscript" aesthetic) are the exclusive property of Neplex. However, we proudly release a significant portion of our tools under the MIT or AGPL-3.0 license. Please refer to individual repository licenses for specific usage rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
