How We Hire

Our process is direct, asynchronous, and free of theater. We do not care if you can invert a binary tree on a whiteboard.

1. The Alignment Call

A casual call with an engineer or founder. No HR screens, no brain teasers. Just a conversation about what you want to build and whether it fits where Neplex is going.

2. Asynchronous Technical

No live whiteboard coding. We will send you a real problem from our backlog or ask you to walk us through something you have already built. We respect your time.

3. Technical Deep Dive

A follow-up conversation on architecture, trade-offs, and how you reason through hard problems. We care about how you think, not what you have memorized.

4. Offer

If we get here, we want you. We discuss roadmap, expectations, and the details. No drawn-out deliberation.
